Evanston Rentals & Management offers a variety of rental units for students looking to live within close proximity to the Northwestern University campus. All of our properties are located east of Ridge Road, north of Davis and South of Gaffield (see map below).
Our Properties
- Our buildings are regularly updated to conform to the City of Evanston’s property standards.
- All of our units have hardwood floors, separate kitchens and baths.
- The majority of our properties have laundry facilities onsite as well as assigned parking and private backyards.
- Kitchen amenities in each unit include refrigerator, stove, and oven.
- Certain properties are equipped with garbage disposals, dishwashers and microwaves. Please contact for more details.
