Scheduling a viewing
Our properties tend to rent quickly, therefore we suggest you organize well and show up with a large group at the showing to make communication between roommates easier. The best method I have seen is for you to send me an email and CC ALL the people in your group, as well as the people thinking of living with you. This way, everyone has the same information and it facilitates the conversation within your group.
Please note that in order for me to show you these properties, I need to schedule a showing with the current tenants 48 hours in advance, so the sonner you can organize yourself and notify me that you would like to visit the properties, the better as we rent everything on a first-come first-serve basis.

Please note that we require that the majority of the group to be present at the viewing. If someone in you group cannot be there, please bring a camera with you to take some photos to show them. We can show a building only 2 times to the same group, so that we do not disturb the tenants too much. Please refrain from knocking at the door of the house without an appointment, so we do not disturb the people currently living there. If there are people out of town, please be ready to send them photos. We have applications that can be sent online if the property interests you.
Once you all have found a suitable time to view the property, please note that we need to give the current tenants 48 hours notice. Therefore if you want to see an apartment on Friday, you have to confirm with us by Tuesday so we can give the group notice by Wednesday.
