Inspection
When you move into your new rental unit, you will need to schedule a walk-through of the property before taking possession.
We will go through the property with a representative of your group. This person will be responsible for the group, however, if more than one person would like to come, they are welcome.
We will go through the property with you and inspect it to make sure that any repairs from previous tenants have been made and the property thoroughly cleaned. If there is any outstanding repair at this time that you would like us to take care of, we note it and will schedule a time to do so. The walk through also serves us as a reminder of the state of the property when you move in.

Utilities

Renter’s Insurance
All residents are advised at the time of move-in to obtain and keep a current apartment renters insurance policy to cover personal property and liability. We do not provide, nor are we responsible for such coverage.
