Please note: Evanston Rentals & Management accepts rent checks from or on behalf of those people whose names are listed on the lease. For example, if you are on the lease, you can write a check for your rental payment.

However, if your grandmother pays your rent on your behalf, for instance, make sure that she writes “Sept Rent for your name, your address and unit #” in the memo line:
