*To earn the Referral Bonus, the new tenant must indicate they were referred by you on their initial contact with the leasing office which may be via phone, email or office visit. Only one referral rebate is eligible to be paid out per apartment that is rented, regardless of the size of the apartment or number of occupants. Residents can refer no more than three (3) prospective lessees and can not receive more than $750 in compensation or the equivalent of one month's rent, whichever is less, in any 12 month period. Referral rebates will not be paid out via cash or check. Not applicable for roommates, sublets or transfers.*
